The 58th Annual General Meeting of Altura Credit Union Ltd. will take place, virtually, on Wednesday January 29th at 7pm on Zoom
Registration is now closed for this General Meeting.
Those registered will be sent a unique invite prior to the event which is needed to use to login on the 29th at 7.00pm. These invites cannot be shared as each is unique to each member.

This contains useful member information, the financial reports and information on the proposed Transfer of Engagements of Baltinglass Credit Union to Altura Credit Union Ltd. and more. Physical copies are available in our branches, or on request.
Registration is now closed. These must have been submitted prior to 4pm on Monday 27th January.
We did accommodate late registrations up to 4pm on 29th January.
THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IS PERTINENT TO THIS NOTICE
- Registration is now closed for this General Meeting
- The information required to request an invitation is your name, member number and email address. The Credit Union will validate members’ details prior to issuing invitations.
- Please note, registration for the AGM/SGM will close at 4pm on Monday 27th January 2025 to allow us sufficient time to validate all registrations.
- All non-presenting participants will be muted and have their cameras switched off to allow the smooth running of the meeting. However, you can type a question to the host by clicking on the “Q&A” button on the bottom of the screen.
- Elections for the Board of Directors, Board Oversight Committee, Auditor, Proposed Special Resolution under Section 130 Credit Union Act 1997 (Special General Meeting) and any Motions will take place. Voting will be conducted by way of online poll and each member will be asked to vote Yes/No (or by choosing candidates for vacancies) electronically for each of the above, when instructed by the Chairperson.
- The votes will be tallied electronically verified and recorded by the meeting Secretary & Auditor.
- The AGM meeting will be recorded for minute-taking purposes. Members who register for the meeting will agree to the recording of the meeting and their participation in it, by registering for same.
