Service Disruption Notice

On Sunday August 8th will be carrying out routine I.T. maintenance. This is necessary for the ongoing security and smooth operation of your credit union. Unfortunately, while carrying out some of the maintenance online banking /app use will be unavailable for a period on the above date.

We try to keep the time of any unavailability to a minimum, but it’s best that you plan & complete any transactions in our online banking/app either before or after this date.

Your current account and debit card should operate normally during this time, but you won’t be able to transfer funds from your other Altura Credit Union accounts (share, choice, wallet etc.) to your current account (or vice versa) while online banking is down for maintenance.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you, however, it is vital that we carry out regular maintenance of our I.T. infrastructure.
