Changes To Regulation 76
We are excited to let you know about some improvements we are making to your Regulation 76 Framework Contract, specifically around how payments work in your account.
What’s Changing?
Since January 2025, you have been able to receive instant payments to your account – meaning when someone sends you an instant payment, it shows up in your account balance straight away.
Starting from 01st September 2025, you will also be able to send instant payments from your account. If you decide to make an instant payment, these payments will reach the receiving account within 10 seconds. We will keep you informed through our website and online services as this feature becomes available to you.

What if I do not want to accept these changes?
These are mandatory changes, unfortunately, if you do not want to accept these changes, you have the option to close your account. This is free of charge as long as you have cleared any loans, overdrawn balances, and/or fees due. You can do this by visiting any of our ten branches with identification documents.
To accept these changes, you do not need to do anything, and you can continue to use your account. Unless we hear from you before 1st September 2025, the updates will automatically take effect.
You do not have to take any action. All changes will be implemented as and from September1st 2025.
