Current Account Balances Issue
We are aware that some members may currently experience temporary issues affecting the available balance displayed on their current accounts.
The issue relates to “shadow transactions”. This means that, in some cases, a transaction that has already been settled on an account may also continue to appear as pending when it should no longer be showing - which temporarily affects available balances.
We are working closely with our current account partners to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Members’ available balances will update once the issue has been resolved. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank members for their patience and understanding.

This issue has been identified, and is in the process of being resolved. All member balances will be updated today.
