You can even upload documents from the app too. Choosing the mobile loan option, you can do this anytime, anywhere. We even use digital signatures in most cases, so you may not have to physically visit a branch at all.

We also use open banking, this cuts out the need to supply bank statements or payslips as we can digitally verify this* using the digital channels. This speeds up the decision making process for you. We strongly encourage all members, whether they apply in-branch or online to avail of the open banking option as its quicker and easier on both sides.

This is especially good if you live a distance form the branch, work shifts or are just busy with life. These digital enhancements are a great addition to our array of products and services, we are always working to improve both digital an physical option for our members.

*if open banking fails, or if the loans department needs further information, they reserve the right to request you to supply it. This can be done using the document uploader facility within the app, or by providing them in a local branch.
